O'Charley's

I was forced to me to pay for a dish that I was not satisfied with.
Today, I went to O'Charleys to enjoy a meal with my friend for her birthday. She ordered her meal, and I ordered mine. I ordered the Seafood Platter. When the dish came to the table, it looked okay. Yet, when I finally tasted the food all I tasted was batter. I could not even eat my food. I told the waitress,*** that I can not pay for this meal because I couldn't eat it. When she brought it to her general manager, *** he told me I would still have to pay for Platter. He said it was cooked and served perfect, and that there was nothing wrong with it. He said just because you didn't like it doesn't make the dish bad. Then he walked away. No refund, exchanges, or anything. In disbelief, I refused to pay for a dish I couldn't even eat or barely touch where he*** had to call the authorities in order for me to do so. His words, "You didnt like it... you still have to pay for it." Money was never an issue, I could pay for it, but I didn't understand why when I told him repeatedly that I could not eat that Seafood Platter
It tasted like each was dipped in a lot of batter, and each bite tasted like unseasoned deep fried flour. The General Manager,*** made what was suppose to be a special night for my friend one of the most unpleasant and frustrating experience. The only thing that was right was the waitress, everything thing else was terrible. They have lost my business indefinitely.
