Called to find out where my C-Pap supplies were. They were ordered on 3-18-2020 and approved by my Insurance Co. As of today I have not received them. I spoke to Sheila at 1:18pm today 4-6-2020. She was to check and call me back. Two hours later, I called and asked for Sheila so I could get an update. Brittany answered and said she didn't know a Sheila and had me give her all of the info again. As I started to explain she started talking over me and I asked for her Manager Rob. She said he wasn't there and would give him a message to call me. It is now 5:17pm and I haven't heard back.

Extremely poor customer service. Natalya was extremely rude. When I asked she would not give me her last name. Took my business to a much better company that cares about customer service and my equipment was almost $100.00 cheaper.

Review: Thank you in advance to the New Orleans, LA Revdex.com for working to resolve my billing case.

Near the end of March 2016 - 90 days after my surgery - I received a bill (Acct.#134569) from Oshsner Home Medical Equipment saying I had a balance due in only about four days. Since I am a Veteran, I believed this bill was covered under my Veteran's Choice Plan, so I immediately called Ochsner at ###-###-####. Of course, my first question when the man answered was to ask whether they had E-mail - which they did - but not for customers who pay their salaries. Next, after waiting while the employee fumbled around to finally find out that my bill went sent out in error and that my bill was paid in full - I asked them to send me a new "Balance Zero" bill and the man agreed to. However, here we are 30 days later and I have not received my "Balance Zero" bill. Lastly, what really angers me is the ignorance, inefficiency, and lying of the employees of Ochsner Billing Dept. No one wants to be overwhelmed by E-mail, but I would not be filing this complaint if they had used E-mail and just attached a "Balance Zero" bill to finish that business instead of lying on the phone.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Ochsner Home Medical Equipment regarding complaint ID 11412571. What a bunch of inept is in their billing department. Please put a black mark on their account, to warn others of strange bills in the mail months and months after a surgery.
