The concrete which the company laid is inferior and has begun to crack We purchased our house on July 21. I complained about the decorative concrete cracking on my driveway on Sep 12. The company has been to my house on 3 different occasions to "seal" the concrete not resolving the issue. 10/29 a representative from the company came to my house and informed me he could fill the cracks of my driveway with a different color sand that would not match what is currently in my driveway. He also stated that I only have "surface" cracks, not structural cracks. As I questioned him about why I had so many cracks and my neighbors did not, he tried to talk around the point I was making not taking responsibility and not offering to correct the shotty job, but rather make it look worse. Desired Settlementa driveway with minimal cracks (at least for the first year). Business Response We work directly for the builder ([redacted]) and have to follow their warranty protocol. [redacted] has now given us the directive to fix the driveway as a courtesy since it is not covered under [redacted]'s warranty contract with the homeowner warranty.
