Perhaps this company ( [redacted] ) does not specialize in air duct cleaning, but they offer this service and we hired them to clean our air ductsI wasn't home when the service was done; my husband wasHe said that the house literally filled with dust and dirt as the rotating brush came through one of the ventsBy the time they were through our whole house was filled, covered with a layer of dirtI have had to wear an allergy mask since I came home and have been mopping, dusting, washing bed clothes and blanketsI have at least another day or two of cleaning my house (walls, curtains, floors, furniture)The workers did not wear a mask and they were both coughing; one man told my husband that he has COPD and does the window cleaning but was told to work on this projectI have never been so dissatisfied with a service throughout my entire life (I am years old)

We received great service and a perfect new shower glass inclosure from Window & Glass ProsThey were easy to schedule and showed up on timeThe workmanship was very good and the price was very fairI would recommend them to my friends and family

Excellent customer service! We've been having trouble with our sliding glass patio door since it was installed (very heavy for sound)It finally got to the point where I couldn't stand it anymore and call Window & Glass ProsThey scheduled quickly and Patrick came out and replaced the rollers and for the first time in years, I could slide the door open with one handUnfortunately a few months later it suddenly quit slidingCalled and they again quickly scheduled a service callAgain, Patrick quickly found the problem and let us know the rollers on such a heavy door were at issueHe replaced the rollers and we're back in working order againPatrick was professional, considerate, and all in all a great guyThanks Window & Glass Pros

Do Not Use this Company!! We had a guy name Phil come out to measure our shower (remodel) for a frameless shower enclosureHe didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and kept saying that he would have to go back to the office and see if one of the other guys knew what to do since we had a waynes coating on the bottom half of the showerHe took a quick measurement and said he would have a quote to us in a few daysweeks went by and we heard nothing so I called and the guy that answered the phone said that he would get with phil and send the quote over to usLater that day I recieved a phone call from the same guy and he said that it was going to be $but they would have to come out and measure againI asked him to send the quote to us thru emailWhat was sent to us was so unprofessional!!! He took a picture of the hand written quote and emailed itNeedless to say I did not and will not ever use this company! We went with a different company that measured correctly one time and was less moneyMesa, Arizona

I have been a customer of Squeeky Kleen windows since 2004, when Chuck owned the company I have always been a satisfied customerChuck came to my house, quoted me a price and that price had small increases from time to time I booked an appointment for them to clean my windows today The gentleman who booked the appointment agreed to do it at the same price as last yearThat was written on the work order When the cleaner came to my house, he refused to do it at the agreed upon price and said they would leave unless they were paid more So they left I called the office and the person who answered the phone could not believe what happened and totally agreed that this was bad business practice I received a call back minutes later and the gal said that the price should have been increased and she was sorry that she could not do it for that price This is poor business practice An agreement is an agreement These cleaners should not have the power to up sell and raise the prices on a whim Where is loyalty???? Buyer beware! I would not recommend
