Thank you Adams for your help, initially I wanted to used this company, but my boyfriend has already paid down payment with the good for nothing sega transportation, this useless sega transportation disappointed meThey were supposed to deliver my things on the *** of March, but when I called them to find out what time they will be arriving they told me that they can't deliver on the *** that they will deliver the following week, and this is the company that told me they deliver to days The supervisor and employees from sega transportation were very rude to me , the supervisor told me to get another company to do my delivery, that is when I called Adams, he politely told me that their truck left for florida already but he gave me another company number It was that company that later delivered my things and it only took them hours to deliver Thank you once more Adams of COC transportation You and your company are the best

We apologize for any inconvenience the customer may have experience but we are a trusworthy company since we've been in business we only have complaint on the Revdex.comwhich is better than any major vanlines, we perform over move per month so this is less than % complaint against our companyNow we can see the reason the customer did not return the claim form is because he did a charge back since the customer clearly indicated he receive his money back from the credit card companywe are not going after the customer for our money since we perform the service this case is a close case, Customer all ready receive refund from his credit card

I'm not sure who Lisa is but we have never spoken with her. We never received any sort of claim form. We argued with the rcredit card company and received a refund because of all of the missing items and damage to all of the items that we did receive that were more than 21 days late. Do not trust this company with your belongings.

Review: We hired OCO to transport our goods from VA to AZ. They took our goods to a storage unit in NY. Had to argue with them to get it delivered. They were 5 days late. Only half of the goods showed up. The other half are still missing. The items that did show up are completely destroyed. I've been given the run around when trying to file a claim with their insurance.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive our missing goods. Missing family heirlooms, furniture, etc...
