Per our contract and Department of Transportation we have up to 21 Business days to deliverthe customer's items. The customer indicated we were 5 days late but per our contract we werenot late we deliver the items well before the 21 business days allowed by DOT for Long Distance MovesWe... also forward the claims form to customer to complete regarding missing items. but we haven't receive any claims form backfrom the customer [redacted]
