I called to schedule a spring clean up and had to keep calling and calling to get them to finally commit to a date. They make promises and keep stalling. They finally did the spring clean up and I wanted to have lawn services done (pesticide, fertilizer and seen applications) and after agreeing to use them they again were hard to reach, promised dates and never called, and I kept calling and calling and calling. The last conversation was a promise to come and they never came then promised again to come in two days or next week. Unacceptable the way they treat a customer.

So I told them never mind and moved on to a company that came over swiftly and really talked to me like they appreciated my business.
