I called [redacted] on 01/02/13 for an emergency service at the rate of $169.99/h. A technician came over and after a quick system check, told me that the oil boiler is saturated and the chamber needs to be replaced. He quoted me $695 + tax for labor and another $300.00 for parts apprx. I told the technician that I will call him back. At this point no work was done my system and the technician only took 15 mins to come to the proposal. Afterward, I asked around and got the job done by $600 ( Labor + Parts + tax ). After a month passed by, Morania Oil complany send me a invoice for $367.15 for the 15 minutes he spend on my oil boiler. Invoice #[redacted]Customer # [redacted] asked the company to invoice me for the time was spend on my system, but the owner refused.
