I placed an order with this company and was billed in full When my order arrived, several items were missing, one item was incorrect, and another item that was never purchased was broken and the broken pieces were packaged separately I reached out several times over several weeks through the only form of correspondence that the company offers (e-mail) and never received a response from the company I have been unable to obtain the items purchased nor receive a refund

My review is similar to [redacted] I have purchased from 1Saleaday.com before with NO issuesHowever; on May 7th, I purchased the 32GB iPad miniThe shipping time frame clearly said 2-weeksToday marks weeks exactlyI emailed them and have yet to receive a response so I emailed them again todayYou cannot talk to a live person regarding order status and this is truly unacceptableIf I do not receive some form of up date regarding my order this review will turn into a Revdex.com complaintWhy can't this company just provide a decent customer service and advise people on the status of their orders instead of saying nothing and leaving the consume to wonder and be frustrated? Poor, poor customer service They have a good thing going but they are destroying it with poor customer serviceThey make it easy for you to purchase (you can talk to a live person about product info) but once they have your money, you are out of luck and totally at their mercy

They came to the rescue on a remodeling project we had in the works with a siding puzzle that was already placed and ripped off times and worked on by other teams When we were told, "it couldn't be done."
Everything Exterior (Ronnie and Team)delivered and saved the project
They will definitely be back to finish my windows and some other additional projects because of their professionalism, attitude, and AWESOMENESS!!!!

This company is fine as long as you are buying somethingThey'll take your money , no problemIf you have a problem with order or you want to return something that is another storyThey send computer generated emails saying you will be contacted in 1-days but you will never be contactedI just mailed a return to their corporate headquarters since that was the only address I could find

I ordered two dresses- the website claimed the product would ship between 3 - 9 business days. I have paid for the purchase but a month later and the order is still processing and hasnt shipped month plus later. I contacted customer service many times and they are no help. I asked for a refund but they said the order is processing so they cant help me. The order has been processing since the day it was purchased over 30 days ago.
This was my first time using this site and I wish I read these reviews first.

I dont care that my purchase was only 9.99. I was charged for items I have not received and for awful customer service. I will obviously never orfer from this site again and continue to spread the horrible experience I have had.

I have been unable to obtain the items purchased nor receive a refund.

I have had many items purchased---most have been good, a few were not as I thought they should be. In the end, the solution has been acceptable (though sometimes it took more time than I would like), but the resolution has always been in my favor. I will continure to do business with this organization.

The ship damaged goods that don't work & do not have any customer support or return process. I am stuck with damaged goods & out of my money.
