I was 86 and no longer able to donate because I complained about a supervisor and the site director of professionalism I was never irate I was never rude and yet I got kicked out and my finances are deterred which is why I started donating in the first place to pick up extra cash so you tell me is that discrimination or not

I will advise all black donors not to go in the denton office the new white girl couldn’t get her name cause she was new with no name tag but she a big girl and was racist ask for a Mgmt after calling and she kept me on hold for 30 mins I called back she hung up in my face

The Lancaster location in fort worth texas is absolutely horrible!!! Extremely unprofessional in every manner, filthy broken restrooms, employees refuse to do their job, grossly understaffed, management is an utter joke, no responsibility or liability taken for their numerous consecutive mistakes, unknowledgeable stickers, RIDICULOUS wait times!!!!!!! If I had any other option I would NEVER return here nor will I EVER recommend this place to anyone!!!

You staying alive too long due to the system always down somehow,do you got the staff deferring you for not reading the proper codes by management, some of the staff look like they high all the time on drugs,if you don't return your saline they take your some of your funds from you,it's too early in the morning to be on a machine for 2 hours,you called a complaint line nobody don't respond to you back but the management from the facility we want to talk to the corporate and corporate is not responding to phone calls that we complain about,not receiving all your funds even though you said that and gave him a whole bowl of blood of plasma if you don't get your saline they take the saline payment out of it, they don't know how to put a needle in your arm on property train,management always believe their teams that listen to the customer cuz they know what happened there was not there that day,don't understand people are frustrated for waiting two to three hours almost four hours to get seen or to be register as a new donor,they always have a excuse I'll blame you for it which is a staff is not properly trained,they have management call you and you do not want to talk to management cuz they are running game cuz they don't want to hear nothing that you have to say they take up for the team instead of the customer the word is listen to your customers cuz your customers know where the needle should go when they miss and is in your arm instead of vein,do not have management call me cuz of this complaint I want the main person who I left a message for and it starts with 704 I have a caller ID and I can see who calls me you have management that stays high and don't do nothing for the customer but they take your money we don't receive the saline R you miss your last cycle, people say they are certified they're really not the running game cuz if they are certified in know what I need to go have a wonderful day cuz I won't be coming back

Octapharma Plasma VB you REALLY need to provide soap in your ladies restroom.I donate 2 x s a wk and frequently there is none. I m told it is being stolen. Im sorry but NOW NOBODY has clean hands.Not every one walks to other area to wash again! Really poor!

Octapharma Plasma Dallas center director has tried to contact this potential donor to thoroughly explain the reason behind her deferral with no success. The address that this donor gave us is for Dallas Life Foundation, a homeless shelter. Octapharma Plasma must comply with a number of...

regulatory requirements, and one of them being that we need a permanent mailing address on file. This is essential in case we have to make future contact with a donor in regards to their donation. Motels, hotels, and shelters are not on the IQPP approved list of acceptable addresses, and that is why we cannot accept donors with these addresses.

Octapharma Hazelwood mo. Is very unprofessional and has very rude employees. No seating for anyone in line waiting to donate! U literally have to stand in a line at least 2 hours before u can be placed on a bed! What about elderly and unfit people? What about customer satisfaction? This is totally unacceptable as well as very unprofessional and something or someone needs to make improvements immediately! I'm a very upset customer ! I will report to the Revdex.com real soon!
