Any time we have a customer complaint regarding car damage, we have our assistant manager, [redacted], who is extremely mechanically inclined, to look at the problem. In almost every case, he is able to fix the problem, even when we are not...

responsible. I did speak to this lady. I tried to be helpful. She was the rude one. I asked her to bring the car for [redacted] to look at. I do not recall he saying she lived out of town. I believe she said she would bring the car. I have not heard from her since then and did not know we had an ongoing problem. I figured she must have brought the car and it was fixed. I will admit that when someone immediately goes to the "I will call my lawyer" or "I will contact the Revdex.com", I lose interest in that person quickly. In this case, I would be OK with refunding the $13.99. He address is in Edgewater, very near by. I would not call this out of town. My offer still stands that if she wants to bring the car to have [redacted] look at it, perhaps he can order the part and get it fixed for her. I still see no reason why she involved the Revdex.com.

I travel for work and I am out of town 80% of the time. I cannot bring the car by. I am going to pay someone else to fix it for me who can come to the house while I am gone.
I still see that the manager is claiming no responsibility for this issue. The bottom line is that the car was not returned in the same condition I left it in.
I am still owed the refund of $93.98 for the complete repair.

Let me make something perfectly clear here. At no time did we tell this person that we would not repair the floormat clip. Just the opposite. We simply asked her to bring the car here so that we could get the parts to fix the clip. But some people have an affinity for the dramatic. She doesn't have time to come here, but has plenty of time to correspond with the Revdex.com. Floor mat clips are a frequent problem for full service car washes. It is my guess that we indeed broke the clip. Since she continues to be uncooperative with our offer to remedy the situation, I have decided to send her a check for $80.00. We washed her car and will keep the $13.99 that we received for the job. You will receive no further communication from me regarding this ridiculous matter.
