Review: Order Mosquito Net canopy for bed. Got it-went to put on abt week later after bed put up-one side had 3 hugh holes and another hole that had been sewn up. Went on their sight-told email here-faster than calling site. Advised them of problem -told them I wanted another one in replacement that they dbl ckd b4 sending out and a return sticker-them paying postage since it was not my fault it's damaged. Waited a week-no answer-only have til Aug 28th to return. So I called yesterday-after 5 min-told no cs rep avail-I should email again for faster response-left msg adv them they needed to call me within 24 hrs with solution-they have had my tbl tkt for over week. Once again left order #, my name and home tn. Nothing. Order # is XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX in my name and address.

I want a pre paid postage b4 the expiration date of August 28th so I can send this back and I want a full refund. I no longer wish to deal with this company. THeir paper in the box said Cus sat. is important. Shipping & handling non-refundable unless error on their part. 30 day war.I think a net with holes and another sewn up is their error not mine. They also stress email them with any problems. I am done just want this out of my house and a full refund including shipping I paid to getr

This issue has been solved.

Notes: The customer email system has tight spam protection, therefore our response did not go through timely thus brought customer unhappy. From record, we responded customer message on same day. We were waiting customer's response but customer did not get our response.

Finally, we found customer email address through Revdex.com and then was able to send email directly to customer.

Customer satisfactions is first priority to us. Please do not hesitate to write back if you have any question or concern. We will surely follow up util everything is fine.

Thank you for all your help. As soon as I advised this company I had filed a complaint they immediately emailed me. They still insist they sent previous

email on the 12th but I have triple ckd our inbox, spam, and trash and found none. They did offer to replace the canopy cover but I advised them I had

to go out and buy another one from a store since they weren't replying and didn't want it.

They did then send me postage ticket for the return and credited my card immediately within 24 hours which I do appreciate. I won't deal with them again

though because I hate having to file a complaint to get service.
