Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have already been working with there Online website since December of 2016, to no availI have had to spend countless hours and money out of my pocket requesting computer technicians to attempt in trouble shooting my PC but it's Oculus Rift hardware or software errorsThe website email support for Oculus Rift is horrible and no one is holding them accountable for consumer serviceThey literally just keep requesting error logs and software files but have no resolution availableI'm still experiencing as of today "USB Warning message", ultimately from a faulty productThey have done absolutely nothing and this product costs over $US dollarsYou may also have to spend much more money updating your software to run there faulty product with no "real technical support"

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Oculus has not resolved the issue on hand regarding getting a replacement lens for the scratched Oculus Rift Headset. They sold me a product that was is obviously not intended for people that wear eyeglasses, they failed to mention that when I purchased this. They also admitted that they sold me a product that they have no capability at this time to repair or replace a simple lens for their headset, even if at a cost paid by me. The Oculus Rift Headset is a visual product and I need to see when I use this product. The impersonal "email only" customer service was horrible and time consuming, it seems as if they have been instructed to delay any solution until my 30 days return period expired. Then they wont be obligated to refund me since I am not satisfied with their product and lack of service.   Sincerely,[redacted]
