I am rejecting this response because:a complaint regarding Ocwen's response will be sent to Office of the Comptroller of the CurrencyA very detailed reason will need to be sent to me from Ocwen as to why my claim was not approved

Epiq is the administrator of the Ocwen Misdated Letter Claim Program. This is a voluntary claim program established by Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC (“Ocwen”) to provide payments to eligible borrowers who received an incorrectly dated letter between January 1, and December 31, that
contained a deadline for borrower action and was subsequently referred to foreclosure We can confirm that Mr*** *** submitted a timely claim form. All borrowers whose claims have been approved for payment were timely paid. Mr*** claim has not been approved for payment and his determination letter is scheduled to mail within the next business days

I am rejecting this response because: this is the same response I have been receiving for the last year. How long does it take to review?

Review: We received a letter from Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC on May 9, 2013 indicating they had received "advice" that our property for which they service the mortgage is in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) and are requiring flood insurance. It is impossible that our property is in an SFHA and that fact has been established as late as July 2011. I called their office and they refuse to provide who gave them the advice or what documents or other information was used to determine this classification. Desired Settlement: Rescind their requirement that I provide flood insurance or in the alternative prevent Ocwen from forcibly placing it on my account and attempt to force me to pay the premiums.
