Review: I filed a loan modification with this company, because they had put our home in foreclosure. Due to the loan maturing, not being able to pay off the loan.. Well they sent the papers, we sign sent them back and, even sent the payments they required, but because my husband suffix name JR was not on it. They send notice they could not accept the papers, or the payments. Now it has been almost two months, and every time I have a conversation. With the relationship manager. they continue to said they are waiting on corrected papers. Now we are into the third months no corrected papers, and we are still on the foreclosure list in court. This is very unfair practices. Not being to get papers corrected and the return of our payments, we agree with them. They made us do two hundred extra a months on taxes and insurance. Now they are telling me to pay them both. Please help. Thanks!Desired Settlement: We are requesting this company to release our mortgage, so we can move forward. With another mortgage company.
