I received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding complaint ID [redacted]. 
[redacted] car was repaired today 7/26/14. The hose was at the shop I made various attempt to contact her and apologize to all parties...

involved. My belief is this is a miscommunication. My intent is to make all diagnosis and repair in a timely manner. Unfortunately I was unable to reach Mrs. [redacted] and left a message with one of her relatives. The good news is the car has been repaired.

I went tot the business in April to have a hose repaired for my vehicle's air conditioner . I took the car back in June because the car started blowing out hot air. He checked my car out and then told me that it was due to a switch and he turned the switch back on and the car did start blowing cool air again. the car started blowing hot air again July 1st and also explained that the hose that he was suppose to fix was leaking something green. He then told me if I purchased the part he would repair it for free and I explained that I wouldn't spend anymore money to repair something that I've already paid him to have fixed. He then advised that he would call me when the part arrived but he never called me back so I called him on the 3rd and he said he would call and check the status but he told me meanwhile to come back to the shop so he could put something in the car to keep it cool for now so I went to the shop again so that he could do that. on July 8 th I called and he said the part hadn't come and he would call me when it came. He never called . On July. 10 I called again to see if the part had come in again and he said no. I then had my uncle call him and he said once the part came in he wouldn't charge me for anything but as of today July 14th I haven't heard from the repair shop nor has my car been fixed. he is an owner and his personal number ###-###-####
