I was hired to install surveillance system for 4 separate homes. I advised the clients that the installation was not completed and the even those the cameras were installed their surveillance dvr was not set to record as I had a future date and time schedule for training. where property removed from her premise during the night hours when we were not there and decided to speculate and blame me for the property that was removed even though I had no knowledge that she even possess the item that was speculated to be removed. We got the footage of the incident from a neighbors house that was already recording. The recordings were produced to the police and proved that I had no involvement in the removal of her property. Client then became very boisterous and decided to accuse me of the robbery. Upon advise of my legal council I went and completed the job. The client is now seeking to get a refund for a job that was comp leted and for an untimed and unfortunate incident in which I was unaware of and had nothing to do with me.

Review: this company managed by [redacted] came to my place of residence to install security camera that also install my neighbor camera total of 16 camera at same location. upon completion of camera installation my home was robbed only to find out [redacted] fail to put 16 camera hard drive in n inform customer camera were not recording until crime was committed dont use this service u will b robbed.Desired Settlement: this company to be reported and refund 1700.00 paid
