transmission leak and auto park brake problem. We repaired auto park and transmission leak,transmissionwas leaking because of dipstick tube seal. We saw the dipstick tube bracket was cracked,so we replacedthe dipstick. When Mrs. [redacted] brought the coach back toO’DanielsGarage, on 3/9/2015, we ran the coach several times checking for a gas leak, that Mrs. [redacted] said she smelled. I never could smell a gas leak. There was not any gas leak that could be found on the coach. What she was smelling was the caliper locking up on the rear brakes. The job did take longerthenwe expected, due to the coach being an older model (1999). Since brake systemsin most older coaches have been discontinued, (and Mrs. [redacted] coach system is one of the ones that has been discontinued.) Mrs. [redacted] was told that thecalibers, rotors, and hoses were all going to have to be matched. These coaches are not cookie cutter, like[redacted]and[redacted].  Each one is different. It just depends on what themanufacturewas using at that time. When Mrs. [redacted] showed up on the 31st of July to pick up the coach, we were adjusting emergency brakes, which are also part of auto park brakes. Rear drive axlerecieved,pads, rotors, and calipers that all had to be specially matched to order. Since the parts are special order items, we had to wait longerthennormal to receive the parts. The job did take longer then it should have due to beingunder staffed. If Mrs. [redacted] would like me to get her a new door handle with a set of keys for herdead boltlock, I am morethenwilling to do that. Even though I do not think there was a dead bolt key to start with.  All recordswe have on Mrs. [redacted] can befaxed toyou. Mrs. [redacted] was notin any way charged for the replacement keys that we lost. Mrs. [redacted] was told the first time that it came in, that there wasa onehour labor charge for diagnostics, and if we did the work we cut that in half.  Mrs. [redacted] claimed we never cut thediagnostics fee in half (55.00), but she was never charged with the diagnostics fee,we showed her on her ticket that she was never charged for thediagnostics fee.
