Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has told me at least times via emails that the print would ship "today" or "tomorrow".He initially stated this in Thursday July 21, so if he was going to ship Friday or Saturday, he has had over weeks since he said it would ship.After numerous delays and inquiries, he keeps repeating the same thing He said it was packed and ready two weeks ago and needed only to be picked up by USPS He never once stated he needed more time to ship, that he was traveling, or that he had pressing personal matters.He only reiterated that the print would ship "today" or that I would see movement on the tracking number provided "later".His record here is clear I've given his business hundreds of dollars and numerous chances He states on Facebook that he should be given a chance to right the wrongs and earn back customer trust, but he could do that by just shipping the item instead of being adversarial Regards, [redacted]

Hi, This customer is illHe has called at all times of the night and left vile messagesI do not know if he has a mental illness or if it is from the steroids he has to take to control his illnessHe has emailed me over timesI answered each emailI was not around this weekendI left an out of office message and yet he still kept hounding me to ship a printHis emails were even after USPS shipping hoursI told him I should be around sometime on Monday and that I would ship his packageI was home after Post Office hours, so I scheduled a pick up for the next morningThat would be this Tuesday morningTodayUSPS picked up the packages and they are on their wayShipping information above.I wish for the best for him and that he gets well, although he is not allowed to purchase from us again due to his hostile natureAgain, I am hoping it is only the steroids used to treat his ailment, but if this is his real character, we do not need his businessThank You

RevDex.com: While his assertions that I called at all hours are untrue, I called twice, once during the day and once at 6:45 am, he FINALLY shipped the print after over a month. His comments on my health, mental health, and medications are indicative of this individual's hostile nature and poor people and customer service skills.It is completely unacceptable as a customer that I had to ask him to ship an item more than once, let alone the 30 times he alleges, and the fact that he takes no responsibility for failure to deliver while repeatedly promising in each of the emails he says he answered that the print would be shipped that day or the next shows a certain level of delusion and a lack of understanding of what a business is, how it is run, and simple concepts like delivering a paid for good.I know for a fact that Odd City Entertainment shipped out at least one other order that was as delinquent as mine this week, and they also just shipped an order of an individual who has been waiting for 2 items for over a year. They still owe people for the Godfather 2 prints, complaints that are documented on this site.The company said they're working to make all their "subholders" right, but it's apparent that the business model is similar to a ponzi scheme, where he just takes orders and money when he wants and then waits until customers either become irate or give up.I would never consider doing business with this company or individual again. They did this twice, aren't remorseful, are unwilling to admit or learn from mistakes, and only blame others and accept zero responsibility.

Due to unforeseen circumstances on the shipping of this product from overseas there were delays.This customer was refunded as he had requested before this complaint was made

I had informed the customer that packages are packaged on Thursday and Friday and shipped on Friday and SaturdayI left town unexpectedly and I did not want to leave the packages out front in case USPS did not pick them up since I did not know exactly know when I would be backThe
customer then sent me a vile profanity laced voice message stating that he was on steroids due to illness and stated that he had heard I was "on drugs", while he was on drugsI do not take drugs of any kindI do not drink alcoholI do not smoke marijuanaI do not smoke cigarettesI do not even drink coffee or any kind of caffeineI was sued sued for modification of custody in a family law matter and this came upHair tests can verify every claimI do not take any outside stimulant of any kindI won't even eat junk food.This customer is on steroids and is not wellI will ship his package ASAP as that is what he has paid forI have apologized for the inconvenience and offered the customer redemption options to make up for the inconvenience.
The customer, again profanity laced, threatened to disparage me on social mediaIf such a course is taken to unfairly defame me I will be seeking legal action as I am seeking against others that have defamed me by libel in social mediaMany of those that have never have done business with meThis customer now wishes to be an internet troll that I will no longer accept orders from due to his steroid use and volatile behavior.
I can provide copies of the voice message after I am done tending to these urgent matters, that God willing, will only last through the weekend.
