Odd Jobs was contacted by [redacted] the week of 6/27/16 regarding her concerns. At this time we were informed that she hired an electrician to inspect the work performed by Odd Jobs and to make repairs as suggested by the hired electrician.  Odd Jobs was not given the opportunity to inspect...

the work in question as Ms. [redacted]'s hired electrician was in the process of removing the work conducted by Odd Jobs.  [redacted]’s solution to this situation was that Odd Jobs should refund the total job amount. Odd Jobs was not given a "right to cure" nor were we afforded an opportunity to inspect the work in question. The only information we had regarding the work in question was from the opinion of the her recently hired electrician. Odd Jobs requested a copy of the electrician’s invoice so that we could compare with the Odd Jobs performed scope of work but did not receive it.Pulling a permit for this repair project was not necessary or required.
