The customer required more than days to provide full payment which caused unforeseen delays in the procurement of materials for the projectDue to the nature of our business, we do require full payment before any project is completedAdditionally, our business was unexpectedly closed for a
week due to staff illness, a procedure we enforce to ensure that our projects are not at risk for contamination.The customer did not express urgency until recently filing this complaintWhen contacted on May 7th the customer responded " No Rush, a few more weeks is fine"Any future customers interested in our services must be aware that, like any contract based work, delays are not uncommon.The customers puppet character was completed and sent just shy of days from receiving the final paymentWe love the character we created for this customer, and wish the customer all the best in his future endeavors

The costume commission in question was not completed due to a number of unforeseen circumstances outside of our controlAccepting the commission was an error on judgement made by our employee, Brendan
*** B***Our company does not manufacture costumes, we specialize in puppets and specialty masks for the film, theater and television industry***
The consumer who made a complaint was issued an electronic transfer from Mr B***'s personal bank account on October 15th, which was re-sent after notification of error on October 19thUnfortunately, his banking facility had blocked the transaction as a precaution and Mr B*** had not been properly notifiedMr B*** has been working out of the country on our behalf and could not resolve the the issue until his return
As of today, Monday October 26th, our employee Brendan B*** has contacted his banking institution and had the issue resolvedNot only has the client been refunded the full $and $GST charge, but Mr B*** has personally issued them an additional $cash for their trouble
Again, our company does not accept individual commissions for costumes, and we apologize on behalf of the entire company for misleading Mr ***Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention
