Complaint[redacted] completed pressure washing my house on May 8th, 2015.While backing his truck and trailer down my driveway upon leaving he drove forward to straighten the trailer angle. In driving forward the left side of his truck hit a riser on the sewer line and displaced it from the vertical by about 45 degrees. I called Mr. Evans the same day and told him about the problem. He said he would stop by the same day and take a look at it. As far as I know he never came on that day, the next day or any day since. I contacted the plumbing company that installed the sewer line and riser and was told sewer risers are glued in so the sewer line may well be broken. Therefore, the company said the sewer line needs to be dug up and the damage assessed and repaired. I passed these comments by the plumbing company to Mr. Evans. His response (by email) was that "he had replaced a few of these things before but did not think it broke far down the line but he would dig deep enough to determine that". Although Mr. Evans wrote in an email that he would be back within the week to dig up the sewer line this has not occurred.Requests from me by email and telephone for the name of his vehicle insurance company and policy number so that I can file a claim for professional repair have been ignored.Desired SettlementI wish to have the name and policy number of Mr. Evans' vehicle insurance company and with Mr. Evans' assistance file a claim and have the sewer line and riser repaired professionally.
