Customer brought the vehicle in for service at the end of November (please see attached invoice), at that time we addressed his concerns at no charge That was the last time we heard from him until March customer mailed us an invoice for the work he had done for his brake lines as well as fuel lines Customer never notified us about such repairs and decided to have the work done himself elsewhere A Customer is well out of any NYS Lemon Law WarrantyB Customer paid for the repairs, without notifying usC Customer is responsible for these repairs which he authorizedMichaels Auto Plaza

Mr [redacted] states that the vehicle wasn't properly fixed the first time when we sublet the work, at our expense, to [redacted] Since that initial repair Mr [redacted] has put on nearly 3,miles on his truck If the repair was a "poor" repair at [redacted] [redacted] , the customer would have never been able to put that kind of miles on the truck If the customer has any issues with the wiring harness repair that was done nearly months ago, he should take the vehicle back to [redacted] that did the original repair because we paid them to repair and replace what they recommended at that time

[redacted], the customer would have never been able to put that kind of miles on the truck.  If the customer has any issues with the wiring harness repair that was done nearly 3 months ago, he should take the vehicle back to [redacted] that did the original repair because we paid them to repair and replace what they recommended at that time.

The customer has not brought the vehicle in 4 times for the engine light.  The two times the vehicle came in for the engine light we had a code for the DEF Tank (please see attached), the second time the customer came back in for the same code it was due to a defective DEF Tank from...

FORD (please see attached).  On 6-1-17 the customer came in with the engine light on again and this time it was for an EGR code P0401, Which is a completely new and different issue.  We offered to repair the problem for the customer at no charge but they refused and instead they demanded we install an EGR Delete Kit and programmer that they found on the internet.  We refused to install these unnecessary aftermarket components due to they will alter emissions.  Our offer to repair this new issue properly still stands but the customer refused.  If you have any questions, please contact usMichael S[redacted]Sales Manager
