The vehicle was mispriced on our site. Explained that to the customer and honored the price listed but then she offered to buy the vehicle for $plus wanted us to spend another $to do a timing belt that was not needed to be done so we passed on her offer. Didn't really matter
what the car was priced at because she didn't have the money to buy the vehicle for the $listed on our site anyhow

I am rejecting this response because: I have read the response from Auburn Honda and I believe that the car was driven off of the dealer's lot during the service visit When I arrived at the dealership, I asked the service advisor for an oil change and tire rotation He stated he would prepare the paperwork and asked that I wait in the customer lounge area While I waited I observed that the service technician had entered the vehicle and was recording mileage from the dash readout and then left the car with the door open and headlights on After about minutes I went outside and turned the lights off and closed the door to the car When I went back inside the lounge area the service advisor brought the paperwork for my signature, and at that time I also stated to him that the Tire Pressure Monitoring System had come on during my drive to the dealership I asked him to have the technician check and adjust the air pressure on all tires during the oil change service.When the car was returned to me after the service, the service advisor stated that the tires were not rotated because a rotation was not needed at that time I was concerned about that because the tires had not been rotated since the last oil change, roughly 5000-miles The service advisor also stated that I was not being charged for the service because I had not used the one-time complimentary oil change voucher that was given when I purchased the car in When I got into the car and started it, I immediately noticed that the TPMS alert was reset and the tire pressure was adjusted within specs This indicated to me that the technician had inflated the tires with more air and recalibrated the TPMS system. Page of the *** owner's manual states, "Anytime you inflate, change, or rotate one or more of the tires, you need to recalibrate the (TPMS) system The calibration process requires approximately minutes of driving at speeds between 30-65mph."I believe the technician drove the car off of the dealer's lot in order the recalibrate the TPMS system Based on the amount of damage underneath the car, it looks to me that he drove too fast over a speedbump or incline on the road

There is no way that we scratched the lower part of the bumper on the customer's car.  All vehicle lifts in our dealership's service area have a rubber ramp that leads the car up on to the car lift, in order to prevent the scratching of bumpers and/or vehicle under-carriage.  After a...

vehicle is worked on, it is parked in an area where there are no curbs.  This vehicle has obviously been curbed on the front bumper, but not here.  We don't park any of our customer cars with their front bumper facing a curb.  This damage was not done at our dealership or by an employee of this dealership.
