I received complaint from Revdex.com about the guest staying at our motel , on the back of the paper I saw the guest information it's [redacted] PURCHASE DATE : 8/7/ACCOUNT NUMBER : [redacted] PURCHASE PRICE : $I checked in my system for this guest but I couldn't found his information , I checked form 8/1/to 8/10/but no one checked in under this name during that time period so now what can I do about this complaint so please help me out to solved this mattur however you can do it thank youI know we have a problem with something at our place because of the strome and we try to fix all those problem but it's in the prosses with the insurance company and it's take a time you know it's not fixed right away thank you to understand everything...thank you again [redacted]

we agree with all the inconvenience what the guest complains about it but that time we having a bad storm because of that we are having some problems at our hotel ..but we are extremely sorry for that but we can give him full refund and the amount is $and I hope the guest understated from our side as well and now I m going too give him full refund so I would like to request not to comment any negative review for our hotel on any platform from the guestI have also attached refunded folio with this email thank you -- *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:  I stayed there.  What I am complaining about is the false advertising, the company is doing.  You said you have an operational pool and vending machines, which are complete falsehoods.  Additionally I stayed on 14 August 2017.
