I purchased new gauges for my vehicle through a dealership. The vehicle uses a digital odometer, it was required to be re-programmed to match the actual miles. Since that is a specialty service, the dealership recommended Odo-pros. The dealership contacted them to which they responded and everything was in order, I payed Odo-pros directly and sent them my gauges. After they were sent in, they emailed the dealership and stated that they would not be able to perform the service for some time, estimated 2 weeks. On my behalf, the dealership emailed them back and said if they could have the service done by a specific date, that would ok. After this email, they did not respond to any email or call thereafter. I have called, the dealership has called and emailed, and no response. My gauges were returned from them; however, no service was performed and no refund was issued. I have continually attempted to call and left my contact information, but nothing has come about.
