fulfil all the pending rewards. We met a number of issues in shipments because the shipping was done direct from the factory.
We would request you to please bear with us for a few more days and be a part of our initiative because backing something on kickstarter is different than buying something online from a store. We are completing all the commitments and hopefully you will get the reward soon if you haven't already.
