I received the picture frames and cd but still waiting for password protected site as promised by the contract also one of the picture frames received was broken not sure if done purposely or in transit as everything else was fineSo if that frame could be replaced by a proper one I would appreciate it

Review: I contacted odufent photography to shoot my wedding pictures after seeing his contact online. We started communicating over email and he requested I send him a deposit fee. I made an initial online bank transfer to a [redacted] account he sent to me. However, I become suspicious when he requested I send him a [redacted] for the remaining deposit. I decided to call the phone number on his website but he never picked nor returned calls. I then sent him a text saying he should provide his name and address so I can send him the [redacted], surprisingly he responded thinking I was going to send the money for real. All subsequent attempts to speak to him on phone thereafter proved abortive. At this stage, I knew he was trying to defraud me. I have sent him text messages requesting that he refund my $200 deposit but he has not been forthcoming. I have called his phone over 70 times but he never picks nor return calls. He is highly unprofessional and has a phone number listed on his website which is absolutely different from the phone number which the Revdex.com has on record.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: [redacted] and [redacted] of Odufent Photography has not abided by the contract set forth. My now husband and myself used [redacted]'s services in June 2014 for our wedding and we have still not received all items from our photography package. As promised [redacted] was suppose to deliver this a week after the wedding and it is now September **, 2014. He is not answering our calls and keeps giving us excuses. I would like all items as promised by the contract including the additional 2 large frames with photos we selected for his tardiness but until this day he has still not delivered and has taken $1700 from us. We gave him a deposit of $1000 since October **, 2013 and paid the $700 balance the week of our wedding. So at this point he has our money but we have nothing but a photo album that we had to chase him down for. We are still awaiting the pictures on the cd as well as the large frames with photos I stated about earlier. I do not know how someone of good character and who calls themselves a professional can behave in this manner. Not only has he not delivered on his services but he is advertising our photos as part of his portfolio on [redacted] as well as his website. We were also suppose to receive a password protected website to share with family and friends per the contract but only received a link to his website with our photos in which anyone can obtain and view and therefore does not provide us any privacy. He also created a wedding website in the beginning which was HORRIBLE it did not follow the color scheme of our wedding, had typos, wrong music choice streaming just plain old horrible. For $1700 we only received an album which is not right.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like the pictures on cd as well as the 2 large photo frames with the 2 pictures my husband and I selected. If [redacted] is unable to do so I would like my money back as I am not happy with the services or even lack of professionalism. These are moments from our special day and no one should have to go through this.
