received an email from Odysea stating they would like to speak with me on February 27th. I asked them to call on the 28th, no call. I then reached out again through email on March 1st and again was told there would be follow up the next day, but have still not heard from an Odysea representative since the March 1st email. No resolution has been directly offered either by phone or email. I do not wish to receive a refund on my tickets, I simply want an explanation why the lifetime members perk of preferred parking is not available.
