Tom was amazingly helpful and fixed issues that another contractor had created (actually made my leaky basement worse) Tom assessed the prior contractor's work and found the least expensive solution for me to fix the problem I highly recommend this company, especially after dealing with the previous company who overcharged me to add to my problem
