This is business should not be operatingI am speaking among others who have been neglected by this entityI requested service from Discount Transportation LLC around 7:30amI mentioned that I needed to be at work by 9amThe operator took my request and submitted itI was told my ride should be at my house 8:30amI was okay with the time frame and waited for my service to be renderedI waited until 8:30am and no one called me nor came to pick me upI called back to see if itbwas a slight delayThe operator that I spoke with before had just clocked out and a new operator was thereThe new operator was rude and disrespectfulI asked was the driver still on his was she said no the last operator didn't submit itSo she re-submited my request and said the driver should be at your house in minutesAn hour passes by and still no call and no driverI call back and asked to speak with a manager and the operator kept insisting on not allowing me to talk to the managerI still have received a call or a ride from this serviceI was treated like a second class citizenThis business has cause me headacheI was writen up at work for my tardinessI tried to call to speak with a manager once again and they still didnt allow me to

Last time I flew into Tallahassee I had Discount Transportation pick me up at the AirportThey were on time and very professionalI had no idea were I was headed and the driver was a huge helpThanks Again

December 18, Dear Allison:Please accept this letter and the attached information as my response to the complaint Issued on ID ***Let me start by saying that I have never spoken to the person listed on this complaint, I have spoken with her mother onlySince the member Is
over we should only be speaking with the member, however I did speak with the motherAs you will see by my notes I detailed our conversation before this complaint was filedAs you will also see, the member signed an annual contract and given the contract and the notes she was aware that she was signing an annual contractAt the time that she joined on August 5, we were not offering a month trial contractShe paid a registration fee and a prorated amount for the remainder of August with her first full payment due on September 5"Nowhere on this contract does It say anything about a month trial contractIf in fact it was a “month trial contract” why would she have made paymentsAnd if it were a "month trial contract" st would have ended November 5", her last date of attendance was November 21st.I have never received a written request to cancel her membership, Had I done so I would have advised her at that time that she was unable to cancel unless she provided proof of move (as the mother stated that she moved for school), There would not have been, nor would there be, any issues with cancelling her contract early if I would receive this proof that she has moved from the area to attend School.I hope that this Information suffices as proof that Odyssey Fitness has done nothing wrong and has made an attempt to rectify the matter by offering a buyout of the contract or if proof of move is provided we will cancel the membership early without penalty.Sincerely,Brenda BAccounting Manager
