They stated I had twenty two people in the room and charged me an additional $31.00 to the $300 package I paid for. According to them they say they sent five people to verify it. I said how true that was not I only had a total of twelve people attend the party 8 kids and 4 adults. I told them they were wrong and the manager started bullying me and demanding that I pay... Because it was my 7 year old party I complied. However, I am totally upset they they would lie and cheat people. I'm not tripping over the amount it's the principal. This family owned business thinks all [redacted] people look alike. I started recording how disrespectful the manager was and he informed me I didn't have his consent but he didn't deny the bogus charge. Crazy
