Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I Notice that Ody Shank takes no responsibility for taking over weeks to change the oil and brakes which caused the delay in picking up the truck in the first placeAnd they have been paid and full and they still have not delivered the DOT report nor the Lift gate Switch we paid for but they want to charge storage fees when they are completely incompetent on delivering on time serviceOn top of all that if you offend they Ghetto secretaries in the front office the Owner will jerk you around even more because one of these secretaries is his wifeSo he literally told me that "I'm doing this to change your behavior." He wants to change my behavior because of the delay that his company created and he later admitted that it's all about the moneyHe claims to be *** stated that the money has made him into a hypocriteMeaning he no longer wants to help people he just wants the moneyI still want a refund for storage fees and my DOT report and My lift gate switch mailed to me because I'm refuse to set foot on his pr***rtyIt is literally against my religion to associate with such a person

Dear [redacted],It has come to my attention that the Office Manager, Ms. P[redacted], has tried on numerous occasions via email and phone to contact you in regards to the status of your account and to inform you that storage fees would start applying if we did not hear from...

you. You were given ample notice before applying storage fee as we have been reaching out to you as a courtesy since October 27, 2014 and up until Friday, November 14, 2014 (after receipt of the notice to file for mechanic lien) we heard nothing from you. At that time you contacted our office and spoke with Ms. P[redacted] by phone you were in her words rude and indignant and admitted “you have been ignoring her emails" since October 27th. She then informs you since we have not had any success in reaching you by phone or email we have no choice but to apply storage fee's as she stated in her emails to you and last prepare to begin the process of filling for a mechanic's lien against your truck.Shortly after your conversation with Ms. P[redacted], you arrived at our office and requested copies of paper work that were already given, nevertheless Ms. P[redacted] remained professional and made copies for you again upon your request. You began taking pictures of the company licenses and when a senior staff member asked if you needed help due to your unusual behavior and you stated you wanted to know who owns the corporation; it was suggested that you should speak with Al you stated "NO". It is unfortunate that instead of communicating with our office and trying to work out a reasonable arrangement or agreement to pay off your bill you choose instead to be rude and confrontational with the ladies in the office thus leaving them to feel threaten by your demeanor and words “they don't know who they are messing with and you can be a real nightmare when you want"; additionally threating to litigate. Then you send a letter to the Revdex.com slandering Odyssey's reputation and falsely accusing us of stealing your truck. You then call the police and accuse us of stealing your truck, which was to the police was obviously untrue and after the police decided to leave you then stay around for another 2 hours trying to plead your case. All of this happened in one day.
Additionally, as you are aware this is not the first time we had this situation with you not paying and storage fees accumulating, with [redacted] aka [redacted]. Last time we waved the storage fees but made you aware that we will not be able to do it again, it was that one time courtesy to you. In lieu of the above mentioned occurrences and after careful consideration we have decided to accept payment in the form of cash or certified check in the amount of $2,727.12 and request to see a retraction letter that you have submitted to the Revdex.com after slandering our name and reputation on Friday, November 14, 2014. Your attitude should be professional and courtesy at all times, when entering our place of business. We will not tolerate any further disrespect. Should these condition not be addressed and met, Odyssey will proceed to file for the mechanic lien for the full amount of the invoice to include any storage fees at that time, attorney fees, processing and court fees.
Please note, Odyssey does not guarantee any completion repair dates as it is our policy to not make those guarantee due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise. However we strive to meet and exceed all of our customer goals. You arrived at our location without an appointment on October 10, 2014, requesting to have warranty work performed for repair work done over 6 months ago. Odyssey agreed to conduct the repair but explained it would be a couple of days to get your truck complete. You also requested a brake inspection. Again please note as explained to all customer, we use the FIFO system (First In First Out) and unless you are requesting emergency service, which is at a high rate, your vehicle we be looked at in the order it came in. Your truck was inside the shop as of October 13, 2014 and an estimate was sent to you on October 15, 2014. You requested to have the truck ready by October 17, 2014. We explained that we should be able to meet those request providing the weather permitting us to do so for the painting of the rims. The brake repairs were completed on October 17, 2014 and after speaking to you on October 17, 2014, it was explained to you that due to the rain, we were unable to complete the painting of the rims. You never mentioned that you would not be able to pay for the repairs to your truck if not completed by October 17, 2014. Had you communicated this to us, we would have acted accordingly and see how we could have come to an agreeable solution. Instead you agreed to pick up the truck on Monday, October 20, 2014. The truck was completed that Monday and we began to call you to schedule a pick up. We have left message and sent emails since October 27, 2014 thus giving you ample amount of time to contact us. Furthermore, you were fully aware of the agreement to have your truck ready by Monday, October 21, 2014. Nevertheless since Monday, October 21, 1014 until Thursday, November 13, 2014, we did not received any phones calls, return phones calls or emails from you.
Before, this letter could go out to you certified mail, you stopped by the office today November 17, 2014, and in a violet outrage you verbally disrespected the entire Odyssey Shankle Staff and customers. My office staff had to contact the police department. After having the Edmonton police department notify you that you can't come on the any one's pr[redacted]rty or place of business behaving the way you had and making threats. You were still left with no choice but to pay the balance due for service render in order for your vehicle to be released, which was done with the assistant of Edmonston Police department. Again we are requesting you remove your defamation of a claim from Revdex.com and stop issuing us false invoice(s) for service we never requested from you or [redacted] aka [redacted]. Odyssey has never solicited the service of [redacted] aka [redacted] nor do we have any intention of doing business with an individual or company that conduct and disrespect business as you did [redacted].At the conclusion of this letter your balance has been paid and your vehicle has been release. You have been placed on our DO NOT Do BUSINESS list. Please note this letter will be faxed, email and mailed certified to your office to ensure

Review: We own a logistics transportation company called [redacted] & [redacted], Inc.We called and placed a service order with this company to go withi ten miles to repair one of our tractors. BEFORE the repair, we were requested to supply a credit card number for a PRE-PAY on services rendered. Once the repair was done, we were wrongly charged $4.93 for a brass fitting and $480.00 for labor!!!! We were charged for 3 hours of labor when our tracking device clearly only indicates 2 hours. I'd have to say that this is a clear case of "HIGHWAY ROBBERY"! We also own a repair company in [redacted]. ALL companies should be governed on what they can actually charge a customer. It is one of the most UNFAIR, UNJUST dealings we have had! We urge other consumers to NOT use this company and go to someone else in that area! If you have any questions or concerns, PLEASE feel free to contact me.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like an apology for the way we were treated and th way we were charged. A partial refund is probably asking too much from these people as the are in control with a prepay!
