I generally use Odyssey for my airport car service from Manchester, NH, to Boston Logan When I lived in Manchester, I used them dozens of times, and now when I visit I still use them They were always on time and courteous, and never delayed me for a flight But the reason I'm writing this is because of extraordinary service that I think illustrates a personal touch Recently I'd had a long week and was being picked up at the Manchester office to return home via Logan It was the end of the day, so rush hour in Boston I fell asleep in the car, and then woke up about minutes later with the terrible realisation that I left my overcoat (with my housekey in the pocket) in the office I live alone in a large city, and would have been coming home after midnight, so I couldn't have gotten into the house I called Odyssey and they told me that there was another car coming down to Boston So I got security at the office to take the coat out to the other car, proceeded to the airport, and got the coat (and key!) in time to make my flight This was amazing service, and incredibly kind of them But they acted as though it was all in the course of a day It's rare that you get that sort of service anywhere
