In review of Ms [redacted] statement, there are many inaccuracies regarding the time line and interpretations of her explanation of events.The original party attendant, Alice, left the room within minutes of the party room start time of 1:45, not because she " was sent to do another task.........." but because Ms [redacted] had her crying due to her aggressive behavior toward her.Alice was wearing a hat and uses a pizza server to serve the pizza to the kids and ensures her bare hands do not touch any food items.Alice is a cheerleader and is very responsible, and has served many parties, receiving compliments and tips.The party room is set up for kids, which is the party package Ms [redacted] selected for a price of $plus taxThere is an additional $cost per additional child over the child count minimumMs [redacted] states the first thing that went wrong was there wasn't enough seats set up for the kidsBecause some of her guests did not check in at the front counter with their children, our staff had children checked in, not the kids that sat at the table.We have not calculated in the extra price of Ms [redacted] party balance owing for the additional kids, as she states, due to only seats being set up for the party children, instead of the party children that actually sat at the table.It was actually minutes from when Alice left the room for the last time due to the harassment she was enduring, before Kimmy came in with a pitcher of pop and took the party over.Ms [redacted] came out of the room and started bringing gifts out to her car at 3:Her party room end time was at 2:45, thus giving her one hour and minutes of room time, minutes longer than her party package agreement.She then went up to the front counter and began "arguing" about how much she was going to pay, calling the two managers trying to help her names, and continuing her arguing for "23" minutes.Ms [redacted] did not receive her tokens because she refused to pay for her party with the discount offered her by the two employees.Ms [redacted] did not receive tokens, a value of $20.00, and a trip to the birthday machine for the birthday child , a value of $ The party package Ms [redacted] selected is for children and is $plus taxSubtracting the $deposit and the $refund stated above, Ms [redacted] balance owing is $190.59, including taxRemedy Of PaymentDue to the unusual course of events of this situation and balance owing, we prefer the balance owing of $be paid and made out to Tacoma Pierce County Chamber of Commerce, of which the Chamber can accept or donate to a local Pierce County nonprofit.Otherwise payment will be expected to Odyssey (by phone or in person) by the 6:pm on 10/26/15.If payment is not received as stated above, the balance owing will be sent to collections by 10:am on 10/27/
