Placed my first order with OE wheel last week. I paid the additional $38 for what I thought was Express shipping of my order. I was later told that this only places your order ahead of all others at the warehouse. If you need your order delivered within a couple of days DO NOT pay for their Express shipment!
Had an issue with 1 wheel I purchased a few years after the purchase. I contacted the company..they asked for a few pics and send me a replacement wheel. As easy as that! Definitely going to be doing business with this company in the future.
Very well run company. Will do anything to help you with your order and after the order has been completed. On a scale of one to ten they get a 15. Very happy with this company

OE Wheels is a great company! The wheels I bought are gorgeous. In fact, I am a repeat customer. To me, the most important aspect of OE Wheels is their customer service. My rep, Mike, was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had. I had the best experience of my life regarding auto repairs/retail purchases purchasing new tires and rims for my car through Brian [redacted] at OE Wheels. He exceeded my expectations finding the right rims and tires for my vehicle within my budget. I need a staggered set of tires and rims that he was able to do in a package. I had researched and contacted a lot of places that could not do this. Mr [redacted] and OE was very professional in handling all aspects of the transaction on line to even following up to make sure that I, the customer, was satisfied. I give 20 stars on a 10 star base! Thank you Brian and OE Wheels for making my vision come true!
the people at OE Wheel Distributors were great to work with. I had a small issue and they resolved it with no arguments at all. It's rare these days to find someone that takes pride in their work and their products.
I bought a set of tpms (tire pressure monitoring sensors) for my 2005 Yukon through OEWHEELDISTRIBUTERS and they went out after only 2 months. I paid over $100 to have them installed as well. They did offer to replace the sensors but no reimbursement for the install. So now I have to buy new ones an pay for a 2nd install because I'm definitely not gonna pay to have their junk tpms installed again! These are internal sensors that should last for YEARS, oewheeldistributors shouldn't even be allowed to sell them anymore!
