I have been cash flow negative on this job and other jobs as well why I have begun a new profession because of situations like this and doing insurance jobs for people. I have always been sincere in trying to finish this job. I have had multiple crews out to the jobsite and none of them wanted to finish the work. Not many people are able to aluminum wrap old houses anymore. I have also purchased over $1000 worth of material for the subcontractor to finish this job. I sincerely apologize it has come to this but the homeowner has ample money left from the claim to find anyone else to complete job. Homeowner has $6000 of contract money that has not been exchanged ans I have not exchanged the completion of job. I would like the end result to be so I can finally conmplete this enterprise and start fresh that homeowner either has it done or I find a subcontractor to finish and then homeowner can pay directedly out of her pocket. Then I may want a claim for the remaining for the roof work I did complete.
