Mr [redacted] didn't send his drone in until June 10, He was sent a shipping label the day he sent me an email notifying me that he had crashed his droneHis drone was badly damaged and needed a part not easily obtained.Mr [redacted] was told by me and by [redacted] of [redacted] in [redacted] that the repairs sometimes take longer than othersHe was told that he would be getting a replacement drone to speed up the processHe was also told that he would not receive a refundHe became belligerent, resorting to name calling and then told me to never contact him againI immediately ceased all contact with him and voided his contract for the language he sent in his emailsThe repair shop, a sub-contracted separate entity, continued to attempt to assist Mr***I informed them that I was no longer interested in helping Mr***, that his contract was void, and that they would be on acting their ownMr [redacted] will get no refund from me.I have attached a copy of the email he sent to me on July 23,

*** *** My desired outcome was not necessarily met The drone is currently at the authorized repair center that Mr Neary has a contract with and created a shipping label for me to send to Since it is at a repair facility, I would like the drone repaired at Mr Neary's expense and per the contract I paid for I see there was a refund, but no mention of how that refund was sent to me - was it a check, reversal of credit card? I don't know Also Mr Neary is not returning any phone calls emails or text So I have not had the opportunity to talk and work this out I would appreciate hearing from him.NOTE FROM Revdex.com MRC ** ***: Mr*** provided Revdex.com with additional information pertaining to the refundSee below.Hello, Regarding this Revdex.com complaint, I saw the response yesterday stating he refunded me. Since that time, my requests for an update were ignored from the business ownerFrankly, I am in no better position than I was days agoIn addition, this part can be easily ordered from *** at ***Until I receive a working gimbal/camera from the business, I will not be satisfied

The refund was sent as a reversal to the *** purchaseIf the purchase was made with a credit card, it will reverse the charge on the credit cardThe repair shop can either ship the drone back as is, or repair the drone at Mr***'s expense

*** *** It has been months later since the original attempt to have my drone repaired, I still do not have itOf course I became upset when Mr *** would not honor the terms of his own written contractHe cannot simply "void" a contract that was for a period of two years duration - still valid for another year and a halfHe was not a professional during this transactionHe insulted my "ability" to fly the drone and blamed it on meHe cannot simply dishonor the terms of his own contract.He needs to repair the drone as promised which is what I paid for with the contract as well as honor the contract or give me my money back for the contract. Either way the drone NEEDS repaired! My next complaint will also go the the State Attorney Generals Office of Kentucky for unethical business practicesHis choice

My sincere apologies for the delayed gimbalI have ordered a new gimbal to be sent to you from the repair shop. Amidst changing repair shops and moving to a new house, it has been rather difficult to stay up to date on who needs whatWe now have everything back in order and service will
return to it's previous impeccable state

While the purchase price of the insurance transfer Fee took place I was on the hook for $of repairs that I thought I had coverage for Neary aviation would not reply to emails thus the reason for my complaint

*** *** This doesn't answer my question The reversal was DENIED by MrNeary's bank when he submitted it through *** I have initiated an investigation with *** as well.I expect MrNeary to live up to his part by ensuring funds are available for his bank to process the reversal The email from *** states:"An eCheck payment from Neary Aerial Media was declined by the sender's bank" This is not a *** issue NOR an issue with my credit card This is an issue with MrNeary not having the funds available Which makes sense since he hasn't been paying the repair facility for some time now He is simply robbing Peter to pay *** in my opinion.I expect to be reimbursed by Mr Neary for my repair contract Also I don't feel I should have to pay to have the drone shipped back to me when it is Mr Neary who told me to send it there KNOWING it would get rejected by the repair facility as he is in bad standings with them Mr Neary has clearly committed a felony (theft by deception) and should be held accountable for his actions I believe it would be a fair statement to say Mr Neary has done this to many other customers as well
