Review: Can you please help us out with our issue with the appliance company, OEM Appliance. We purchased 4 Kitchen Aid appliances in January that we were told would be ready for pick up in 7-10 days. They were located at [redacted]. The owner is listed as [redacted] on the business card and as [redacted]. on the receipt (attached). When we spoke with her when we were picking out the appliances she said they were boxed overstock items and they would be sent to [redacted] from their warehouse in [redacted]. Their business card phone number is [redacted] and on another web site I found the number [redacted]. My husband tried to call several times to see if they had arrived and no one called him back so he went to the business on 2/15/16 only to see the company building was vacant with no note or anything. We tried both company phone numbers we had and both mailboxes were full. Another name and number my husband has is [redacted]. His mailbox was full as well.

I found that an appliance installer in [redacted] wrote a review on [redacted] that the company was having some issues so I called him and he advised me to text message those numbers. I did. I asked them to tell us where we can pickup the items I listed and sent them a photo of the receipt. I have not heard back from them.

That same afternoon I drove by the place of business and saw another store was for lease in the same strip mall so I called the realtor's number. [redacted] or [redacted]). [redacted] told me that one of the tenants told her Friday night at 7pm the company loaded everything and left the building. She did not know about it and did not even have keys to the building. She took my name and number.

I sent the email below to the OEM Appliance company on Monday morning after my husband went to the store to see when we could pick up the 4 Kitchen Aid appliances. We have still not heard back.

Review: I FOUND THIS BUSINESS ON SACRAMENTO, [redacted], THEY WERE ADVERTISING A FANTASTIC DEAL FOR A ** WASHER AND DRYER COMBO. I JUMP AT THE CHANCE TO SAVE ABOUT $1,000.I IMMEDIATELY PURCHASED THE ITEMS ON LINE, PAID IN FULL,MISTAKE, SHOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL PRODUCTS WERE READY FOR PICK-UP. OEM EMAILED THE INVOICE OF THE TRANSACTION. PRODUCTS WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP 02/06/2016. THE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP I PHYSICALLY WENT TO THE STORE IN ROSEVILLE, CA. I SPOKE TO THE AGENT AT THE STORE AND INQUIRED ABOUT MY PRODUCTS AND IF THEY WOULD BE READY FOR PICK-UP AS SCHEDULED. HE LOOKED AROUND THE STORE TO SEE IF MY PRODUCTS WERE THERE, THEY WERE NOT. HE SAID THEY COULD BE COMING ON THE NEXT DELIVERY. I SAID OK, THEN WOULD YOU , PLEASE, LET MANAGEMENT KNOW TO CALL ME BEFORE I COME DOWN TO THE STORE FOR PICK-UP. I LEFT MY PHONE NUMBERS LINE&CELL. THE DAY OF 02/06/2016 I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I PROCEEDED TO CALL THE BUSINESS, NO ONE EVER PICK UP. FINALLY I DID GET AN ANSWER, THE AGENT SAID THE PRODUCTS WERE NOT THERE.

THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY 02/09/2016 AND THAT THE DRIVER WOULD CALL ME 30 MINUTES BEFORE HE ARRIVES. TUESDAY ARRIVES--NO CALLS , NO DELIVERY

BECOMING FRUSTRATED, ON 02/10/2016, MYSELF AND MY SPOUSE WENT TO THE STORE

IN ROSEVILLE, CA. TALKED TO THE AGENT AND SHE SAID THE PRODUCTS WERE NOT THERE. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO CALL SOME ONE, SPEAKING IN SPANISH,(MY SPOUSE IS SPANISH AND UNDERSTOOD) SHE SAYS THERE IS AN OLD, OLD, OLD MAN HERE AN HE IS VERY UPSET. I THEN APOLOGIZED FOR TAKING MY FRUSTRATION OUT ON HER. MY WIFE AND I SAID TO EACH OTHER LET'S LOOK AND SEE IF THERE IS ANY FLOOR MODELS WE (SHE LIKED). WE SELECTED A ** WASHER AND DRYER. THE AGENT GAVE US $230 DISCOUNT, BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT THE SAME AS WE ORDERED. WE THEN PROCEEDED TO TAKE THE PRODUCTS HOME--50 MILES AWAY IN PLACERVILLE, CA., HOOKED UP THE UNITS. --THE WASHER DIDN'T POWER UP? CALLED [redacted] NO RESPONSE LEFT CALL BACK # STILL NO RESPONSDesired Settlement: GET THE ORIGINAL ORDER FILLED WITH NEW PRODUCTS AS ADVERTISED ORIGINALLY ON SACRAMENTO, CA. [redacted]. AND THAT OEM APPLIANCES BE PUT ON Revdex.com LIST OF BUSINESSES NOT TO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!!!!

Review: I have asked for a Full refund of the refridgerator I ordered, but it was not delivered. It has been 3 months and there is no delivery or refund.

It has been 1.5 months since I asked for the refund.

Now, the store stopped picking up the phone.

I left the voice messages times already, but no responseDesired Settlement: I want a full refund of $1670.16 to my credit card.

Review: I purchased a washer and dryer set with pedestals and a ** French door refrigerator with a dual ice maker on 03/28/2015. The items were supposed to be delivered on 3/31/15 but didn't arrive until 4/1/2015. The pedestals were never delivered. The ** refrigerator did NOT have the dual ice maker. I called [redacted], the owner of OEM, as soon as the refrigerator was in the kitchen and we installed it. She stated she thought it had the dual ice maker. I informed her it did not and I needed the one with the dual ice maker. She said she would check her warehouse and get back to me. Since 4/1/2015 I have called and texted her over 30 times. I finally resorted to giving her a bad review on Yelp on 6/14/2015. She contacted me within the hour. She stated she would replace the refrigerator and refund my money for the pedestals and delivery fee and apologized for not getting back to me. She told me to come onto her store on Saturday and make sure the refrigerator she had would work for me and that she would write me a check for the $300 for pedestal refund. Went in on Saturday and she was not there and the refrigerator she promised me had a sold sign on it. Her assistant called her and I spoke to her on the phone. She told me she would get another refrigerator and send me info on it. I told her asst. I would give her two weeks before filing a complaint. [redacted] the owner called me and told me she was sorry but that I should look on [redacted] as they update their inventory daily. I have since found at least three on their ** ads and texted her as she does not pick up the phone for me. I receive no response from her. She stated she wrote a check and mailed it to me on 6/14/2105. A week later she called me for my address to mail the check to. I received a refund for the pedestals on approximately 6/25/15.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the refrigerator so I can purchase one that serves my needs.Thank you for any help you can give me to resolve this.[redacted]
