I did some searches regarding the stock radio on my Jeep Wrangler and found their video with step by step instructions on how to remove the old radio and installing a new oneVery impressiveThen I ordered a new radio on Wedsafternoon, it said 3-Days for delivery, but I received it the very next day, very nicely packed (granted I am in West Palm Beach and they are in my old hometown, Oviedo, Fl, about hours away, but still overnight is very impressve)Following their video instructions it took me less than an hour to remove old radio and install new oneIt works great and my wife thinks I am a genius (she doesn't know I watched the install video)ð?? ð?? ð??

Returned Unit Refund I returned a unit to them at the end of OctoberI had to update my paypal account in order to receive the refund, which I didI have emailed more times since and every email I get back they say my refund is processingStill no refundPlease help!

I purchased a radio for my new Jeep from Infotainment in May, the radio malfunctioned and contact their customer service on a Sunday...they responded to my problem promptly on Monday am and within a week I had a new radioStuff happens but this company and Alex stood behind their product no questions asked and took care of getting me a replacement in a weekThanks

I normally don't write reviews, but I know a lot of Ford owners do not have NavigationThat is a option when you buy a new carFord should take look at their Asian competitors that the Navigation option is reverseSo at OEM Auto Parts offers a better solution than FordBelieve I went through the whole Ford sites and it's not goodI ordered my Navigation and gave them my car vin # and in a few days it arrivedI install it myself (very easy if your handy)The only thing and I noticed with other reviews is a calibrating issue after installation which you need to go to customer support for the fix, which is a minor or minfixOEM should just include this fix when sending the upgradeOther wise support is very good, fast response to e-mails and very friendly and professionalThey also buy your non-navi module backHow great is that? Definitely Recommend!

year and month old GPS Navigation radio defective
I purchased a Sync Navigation GPS radio October 30, from Infotainment company located in Oviedo, FL for a total of $order #*** The first radio I received had been damaged in shipment and was sent back The second radio I received around November 7, It worked fine until December 20, I had an issue with inserting a new music CD The player kept spitting it back out I tried another CD and after two ejects it took the CD in but would not play or eject it back out I could hear the device continually spinning and would not turn off even with the truck key off I eventually took out the fuse so it would not deplete my battery I sent an email to Infotainment describing my problem Their response was it was out of warranty and to send it to their sister company *** (located at the same Oviedo, FL address) with $repair fee and they would repair On December 31, I sent the radio (shi

I was sold a defective unit for my vehicle
I purchased a Syncupgrade kit for my Ford C-MaxWhen a software update became available, I was unable to updateI took vehicle to the Ford Dealership and they were also unable to updateWhen I originally purchased the module, Joe M*** promised me that all I had to do was send in the new module and they would apply the updateI wrote to Infotainment and told them I was unable to update and was informed Joe is no longer with the companyThey will not honor the update and said there is nothing they can doI asked several times for help but they refuse to help me
