Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Sent: Monday, August 22, 2:PM Subject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint # [redacted] Classic Automotive Group Galveston was the only entity that performed major repairs on this vehicle since December Within hours of battery indicator on dash panel illuminated vehicle was inoperable, was towed to [redacted] where it was discovered that one of three bolts used to mount alternator to engine was not foundThey explained to me that where the part is located it would have not been possible for the bolt to back itself out Because I have the broken alternator in my posession it can be closely examined and shows evidence that no bolt was ever installed [redacted] stated they would appear in court on my behalfI have also filed complaints with the Federal Trade Comission and Texas Attorney General [redacted] I also plan to file for damages in small claims court Please see attached photos as substantive evidence of faulty repairThank you for your prompt response to this matterSincerely, Jesse ***

I called and talked to Ms [redacted] at 10:00am on Friday the 24th of July I first appologized to her for her not feeling like we treated her very professionally I assured her that I would follow up with our employee that dealt with her and coach him to be professional at all times I also explained to her how Ford's Owner Advantage reward points work They are only redeemable at the dealer where you previously aquired them She said she understood and thanked me for calling She seemed satisfied with my appologyThanks,Kent N [redacted] Service Manager

Service manager inspected car and reviewed history. Starter failure could have been caused from oil leak after we changed oil. Customer came in at service managers request and we sat down and talked. Service manager refunded customers money and apologized for the concern.
Customer is happy and satisfied with the outcomePlease close this case
