Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business has not responded to any of my claimsThey have only refunded my for the purchase and not the shipping amount of $(see attached invoice).To reiterate: the item listed on eBay is an equivalent Toyota part number 44320-or 44320-Within the listing, there is a drop down menu to select your vehicle as shown in the latest message provided by the businessWhen one selects a Toyota Camry XLE V6, a statement appears indicating the item is compatible with the Toyota Camry XLE Vvehicle (see attached screenshot)Upon further research, the Toyota part number 44320-or 44320-is not compatible with any Toyota Camry sold in the United StatesMoreover, I could not find any Toyota parts distributor that states the 44320-or 44320-part is compatible with the Toyota Camry XLE Vsold in the United States (see reference links below)https://parts.olathetoyota.com/oem-parts/toyota-power-steering-pump-443200...⇄ Regards, [redacted]

Buyer purchased an item on March 10th.Then, on April 18th, which is past our day return policy, asked me to take back the item they mistakenly purchased.Our listing shows it is compatible for Toyota Camry XLE cars built after 8/I have attached a screen shot of the listing.Buyer opened an eBay case in which they asked me to pay for return shippingI denied this on the grounds that it was A) Correctly displayed in the listing and B) Past the day cutoff for returns.I informed the buyer they were responsible for return shipping and they sent the item backThey did not, however, provide a tracking numberThe package was received and the warehouse had no idea where it came fromBuyer contacted me and I promptly refunded himBuyer thanked me and all was good.Then, three weeks later, buyer decides they want their $for shipping back and is threatening to call eBay, Paypal, Revdex.com, lawyers, etc.I believe in personal accountability and this customer is simply trying to make enough noise so that we cave in to their demands
