Review: After ordering parts from this company's website with a clear picture of the parts needed, they sent the wrong parts and not a complete order. When I told them about it, they sent some more parts that were wrong. I asked for a refund and they asked for "one more chance". I agreed and when the parts arrived, they were still wrong. I asked for and finally got a return authorization to send all the parts back for a refund. I shipped them out, tracked them and they were accepted. This all took place over a 6-8 month time period. After waiting weeks for a refund to show up in my account, I contacted Nick Barnes, who told me the accountant would process the refund the next day. That days has never come. They will not accept or acknowledge any emails and won't ever answer the phone. Online company's should not be able to operate like this and hide online.Desired Settlement: Simply receive my refund as promised by [redacted]. Nothing more. They have the returned parts as well as my money.

Review: Before ordering was told products were special order and could expect 3 week delivery if ordered right away. I ordered next day, and they charged my card immediately, instead of when the product shipped. The 4th week came and I sent an email asking about shipment, no reply. 5th week I emailed again and got a reply the next day saying they were due at the end of the week and should ship out immediately. I emailed again 10 days later and was told they just arrived and would ship out by the end of that week. Middle of week 8 the product arrived, in very POOR packaging and the product was damaged because of this poor packaging (repairable though). It was also delivered incomplete, but the packing list says it was complete (an adapter was not delivered). I then called to voice my displeasure of the service to see what they would do about it. I was instructed to send photos of the damage. I did this, and now it is another 3 weeks later and still no idea what they are going to do and I still have not seen the missing item. This is a premium product for a premium vehicle, at a premium price. Premium service and delivery should be included in the very high price I paidDesired Settlement: I would like a minimum of a $[redacted] credit to repair the metal damage to the trailer hitch and to repaint it for corrosion protection because of the ridiculously poor packaging for a cross country shipment. I would also like to receive a credit for the 7 pin-to 4 pin adapter that still has not arrived, so I can source one from another vendor.

Review: Product was ordered and stated that orders will be shipped the following day. Credit card was charged, never received shipping information and have not received product. I have sent emails and tried to call when no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my ordered delivered now, or an immediate refund.

Review: I contacted [redacted] (division of OEM plus) via email to see if they could order a part needed for my car. First contact was Thursday, August 28, 2014 3:53 PM

asking if they could order the part and what the price would be . Was told the part is coming from Germany, I place and paid in full for this order on Sept 3 2014, by Sept 5th I contacted [redacted] " Am I going to get a confirmation when this item is send, paypal was sent a few days ago", 3 days later I get a reply "Hello [redacted],Yes payment received, the item is on order an will update you once it ships. Regards,[redacted]"

on Friday, October 03, 2014 4:47 AM almost a month later I send an email "Please send me an update on my order , it has basically been 1 month and still no sign of it (I know it does not take 1 month to get things from overseas, I order many things from there and recieve them in less time)"

Hello [redacted],

Our shipment is arriving in next week. How our shipping works is we have a container shipment once a month from Germany. The container is filled with 100’s of items, one being yours. We will contact you next week with tracking.

on Oct 24 I sent another email

"Alright according to you previous email on Oct 3rd you container was supposed to arrive and I was to be getting a tracking number

what has happened now? have you just taken my money and I am getting no product?"

Nov 10 I send 3 messages

ALL RIGHT CAN SOMEONE ACT LIKE AN ADULT AND PLEASE LET A PAID CUSTOMER KNOW WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON WITH MY PAID ORDER

IT NOW HAS BEEN BASICALLY 2 MONTHS SINCE TIME OF PAID ORDER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR !!! NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO BE TAKING RESPONSIBILTIY OF THIS OR IS MATURE ENOUGH TO EMAIL ME AND LET THE PAYING CUSTOMER WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON

Nov 10th I get this message saying it did not make the shipment and will be 7-10 days

I sent one more Message on NOv 25th asking where my part is , and to have shipping costs refunded

I still dont have my partDesired Settlement: I want my part that I ordered 3 months ago

I want the part delivered via express/rush to my door no matter where it comes from

I want a full refund (since I paid in full )

I want an apology for the very poor customer service (not keeping me up to date, not telling me the truth about my order)

I think I have been very reasonable in this situation but the lack of contact and explanation is in excusable

I know it does not take 3 months to get a part from Germany (I have ordered things from overseas many times )

after the first missed container shipment , this part should have been shipped directly from Germany to my door to make up for the mistake

I feel I have been ripped off since they have my money and have not provided any update or part. too me they are crooks and have taken my hard earned money
