OEM Seats

Review: I purchased a set of used car seats for my Nissan Xterra, advertised as OEM factory leather seats, in May of 2013. Upon receiving the seats, I discovered they were only recovered factory cloth seats. When I contacted the owner, [redacted], to tell him about it, he said he didn't know and offered to take the seats back minus shipping charges both ways, or issue me a $100 refund. Considering shipping was 160 dollars each way, I opted for the refund. He said he would refund me right away. That was the last time I ever heard from him. Since then, I have called, emailed, left voice messages, and sent two paypal requests, and I am still waiting for my 100 dollars. When I have gotten ahold of someone at OEM Seats, there is always an excuse why Mr. [redacted] can't take my calls. So here it is 6 months later, and I am still waiting for my refund.Desired Settlement: A cashiers check or a paypal refund in the amount of 100 dollars, after any applicable charges from paypal.
