OEM Wheels Plus

Review: October 21,2013 a purchase was made on E-bay (item [redacted]) for two (2) wheel bearings from OEM Parts Plus (E-bay I.D. oempp) for the amount of $83.76. The following November the bearings were installed on the vehicle. April 2014 a noise was heard from one of the bearings and both bearings were removed from the vehicle. On May 13th,2014 A telephone call was placed to OEM Parts Plus ([redacted]) who instructed me to send the bearings to their inspection department. On May 19th the bearings were returned via a local UPS Store for the amount of $29.83. May 20th [redacted] of OEM Parts Plus was informed the bearings were on their way with the tracking number. On May 29th I asked [redacted] if they received the bearings and on May30th he said they had and the inspection department found one bearing defective and the other one good. (The good one was found by me to have too much play for less than 4,000 miles. In fact it has more play than the bearings removed from the vehicle which have 60,000 miles on them.) He asked for my address to return the one "good" bearing and a replacement. I then responded with my address and also stated I wanted a full refund. It stands to reason both bearings purchased at the same time and one fails the other can't be far behind. An email was sent on June 15th with no response. After not hearing from them, I telephoned on June 23rd asking what is happening to my credit and was told he ([redacted]) will check and get back to me the same day. It didn't happen, so I'm contacting you for a full refund and a credit in the amount of $29.83 for UPS shipping. A total refund of $113.59 is the amount to satisfy my disappointment. Complete documentation is available should you desire it.Desired Settlement: To satisfy my disappointment and countless hours waiting for answers and numerous long distance telephone calls, I want $83.76 for the defective merchandise and UPS charges of $29.83 for a total of $113.59.
