This business took over a month to refund and before even letting me know the amount that was to be refunded they proceeded and when I noticed that then I contacted and the business said they found more items of which I am attaching videos showing the items in boxesI was never vulgar with the businessThis business sent me out dated merchandise after sending me different pictures intially of which we spoke onAll of the conversations we had would show that this business did not hold up to their end of sending new products but sent used and old electronics and boxes of pillowsI want a full refund because they stole from me and should be shut down for the dishonesty that Bobby is operatingHe is the owner but says he just works there, when I demanded to speak with the accounts payable he would only let me speak to himAll videos are attached and I welcome the voice conversations that the business says it can provide

good morningi submited a reply days after we initially spoke not sure if you received it ,simply bc I received a followup email from the Revdex.com and I just saw it... my reply was as follows Customer ordered product, we shipped itweeks later customer wants to return it was
beyond the return policy but we worked it out by bending over backwards for herWe even sent her shipping labelsShe then claims she was away and didn't send back product for another daysWe get her return back andItems were missingshe said " can't be" she then, after a few days says she can now confirm that the items were not thereWe issued credits in full minus missing product and shipping and CC feeThis should have been a fast easy transaction but this customer is in fighting mode almost Everytime we spoke with herShe is always threatening and verbally abused our staffWe do have all email and conversation s document Ed if there should be a reason to disclose them and or if needed for verificationWe are honest and forward and this customer simply wants free productI don't think anyone is in business to give away free JBL speakers Mophie cases etc We were honest and fair and even went above and beyond to satisfy, nothing was good enough for her all procedures customer has agreed to prior to sale .we already issued credits for the products that were returned minus what was missing, shipping both ways and cc convenience fee I feel we have been very fair even bending over backwards for this customer while this was a custom order,final sale and sold as is as clearly stated on the invoiceif you should have any questions please feel free to reach out to me *** *** *** *** *** thank you we invite the customer to call us so we can explain againbut this time please tell her it must be in a respectful manner, no vulgarities, no name calling not leling, no disrespect and we would be happy to try to iron this out again with her thank you
