Review: Purchase a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu Keyless Remote while vacation in Virginia on November 27, 2013 for $186.38. The key remote broke within 2 months and I call to to inform them that the key pad did not work any more and when I come back to Virginia I will bring it back to the store. I talk to a lady name [redacted] on 1-27-14 and gave her my name and told her about the problem with the remote register. [redacted] stated that they will have to see the key remote,but they stand behind their products. On Monday 3-31-14 I went in to the shop and they refuse to honor the key remote but would sell me another one for $90.00. I was told that on electronic product warrant only last for 30 days. I informed them that was not on my receipt or that they do not have a sign up stated that.If any products that have a warrant on electronic products for 30 days I would not have purchase it.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the money that I paid for the key remote $186.38.

We have contacted our supplier and explained our customers situation. Our

supplier has agreed to take back the remote and therefore upon return and receipt of the defective key-less entry remote we can issue a company

check refund in the amount of $186.38.
