I am rejecting this response because:
The business responded by stating that they have spoken to their employees about this situation and posted it in their break room. That's great, I can live with that however they continue to say that they have spoken to me numerous times and reassured me they have taken care of it. The problem I have is I have never had any communication from this business other than my initial phone call when I asked the business owner to respect homeowners wishes when they have posted "don't not hang anything on my door" on their no soliciting sign. During this initial call I was cursed at and hung up on. This is the only contact this business and I have had. I would like from the business to explain why they say they have talked to me and why they say they reassured me it won't happen again when we have only spoken once.
