On Wednesday June 6th As I was backing out of my garage the bar on top of my Runner caught the bottom of the garage door As I pulled back into the garage the bar pushed in the bottom panel of the garage door and the bottom panel on the left side of the door was hanging by the cable The damage was only on the bottom panel and it wasn’t too bad I normally would use another company, wish I had But I got one of those Value Packs with all sorts of coupons This company had a $off garage door repair and I figured this couldn’t be much more than that Now I know why they offer such a coupon The gentleman that answered the phone the first time was nice enough so I decided to give them a try [redacted] was the technician that came on site He barely looked at the door and pulled out a laminated card showing costs He said I needed new cable on the drum, reset the door, dents needed to be removed and the door needed two structural support struts He told me the jo
On October 07,I ran in to an issue with my garage door and called 866-337-which was listed on the garage door assuming they installed the door (we moved months back in to this home so wasn't aware)
A person called *** received my call and started explaining the reasons why a Garage door might be opened automatically and recommended to change the motor itself for which I have accepted and he confirmed the full price before dispatching the technician
I re-confirmed with *** if there are any hidden charges and he said "NO" and the technician shows up asking for $ additional charge and $or so for Keypad which left me very very disappointing
How ever after the work, I called *** to validate why there was a miscommunication and he said I am going to send you our call recording and I was looking for one till Saturday afternoon which I didn't receive and finally I happen to receive the call recording but only "HALF"

I hired this company to replace my garage door motorThe technician, Shane, told me that I had an odd sized garage door, but that he had a motor that he could make workWhen he was done he showed me that the garage door didn't go all the way upHe also could not get a keypad programmedHe ended up putting an extra garage door opener on the wall, which he charged me for twicedays after the installation the garage door wouldn't go up and Shane came back outHe told my roommate ***, who happens to have rebuilt this house, that he really didn't want to put in the motor he put in, but that I was unwilling to spend the money on the correct oneThis could not be farther from the truthMy house is a long term investmentI have never gone for cheap over rightHe liedWhen I heard that he said this I called the managerHe said that he would put in the right motor for the difference in priceI waited all day, he called in the evening and said that the motor would cost an additio
