Off 7th Salon

Went to Off Seven Salon on October *** I wanted to get an ombré/balayage doneI have dyed black hair however I've been able to lighten my hair to an ombré by myself beforeI went in for the session that took hoursThe session was $and I left with my hair looking like nothing was doneMy hair was black to a very dark brownI called them the next day to speak to the manager, she stated that I can come in and for no charge they would fix my hairI went back on October **, to get it fixedWhen I got there, the manager made me wait 20min for her to show upShe then stated they would be charging me $and I refusedThe manager Cathy then decided to start giving me an attitude and I asked for a refundShe refused, took me into the front and continued to yell and give me an attitudeShe went back insideWhen she came back she stated she would do my hair for freeAs I waited to get it fixed she gave me something to sign that stated the hair would take multiple processes and I asked why I was not given this paperwork the first time I cameShe stated that she didn't know and said she was not thereI told her hat she had been there on the *** and she then stated she was but busyI would say that is unprofessional since paperwork should have been signedI refused to sign itShe then wanted me to schedule another appointment since there wasn't enough timeI refusedThen she started to patronize me, snicker at me like a dog and went behind me in a way to escort me out of the buildingI told her to not touch meI walked out of the store in an anger and we followe meShe started taking pictures of me and my car and harassing meI leftShe then called me and stated that she would refund my moneyI drove back and came inAs I was waiting for my refund she then started giving me an attitude while a stylist, Rebecca that had nothing to do with the situation started saying that I should be happy I got a session for freeI told her to keep her opinion to herself and I left with my refundI have never been so disrespected by a salon or company for getting servicesI would never recommend this SalonThe manager Cathy was completely disrespectful and unprofessional

Review: I had got my hair done and had left on vaction my hair was bright purple and in three days my hair was fading into three different colors the color ran and stained my bathing suit my hair was purple pink and gray and I looked like a freak,the day I got back from vaction I called the salon and spoke with Kathy the manger and she was very rude I have got my hair done there before and never had a problem so that's why I went back I wanted to get at least half of my momey back but she told me there was nothing she could do she kinda blamed me because I went away and didn't take care of it so im really not happy with the salon and her customer serviceDesired Settlement: that she was very rude and not helpful at all
